What documents do I need?

A valid driver's license is all we require.

Can I drive the vehicle outside Michigan?

Unfortunately, no. All vehicles must remain within Michigan and are not authorized for out-of-state travel

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, deposits vary by vehicle tier:

$150 for Economy Tier

$250 for Standard Tier

$500 for Premium Tier

What are the requirements for the Dasher Program with No Deposit?

✅ Full-Time Dasher: Actively dashing on a consistent, full-time basis
🏆 Platinum Tier Dasher: 85%+ completion rate
💵 Weekly Earnings: Bring in $800–$1,000 per week
📅 Minimum Commitment: 6-week minimum rental term required

Is there a minimum rental duration?

Yes, the minimum rental period is 7 days.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles come with insurance.

What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns may incur additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss extending your rental period.

Are we allowed to smoke inside the vehicle?

No. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Violations are subject to a $150 smoking fee.

Can another person drive the vehicle?

No. The renter who booked the vehicle is the only authorized driver. No exceptions. Anyone not listed on the reservation is prohibited from driving the vehicle.
